The Chevy Chase Land Company completes amenity upgrades at 210K SF office building

Amenity upgrades recently completed at 5425 Wisconsin Ave., the eight-story, 210,000-square-foot building in Chevy Chase by commercial real estate investment and asset management firm The Chevy Chase Land Company, include a new tenant lounge space with a 60-person training and conference room, pub-style collaboration booths, Trackman golf simulator.

The Chevy Chase Land Company, a commercial real estate investment and asset management firm with properties across the Washington metro area, announced the completion of a renovation to 5425 Wisconsin Ave., adjacent to the firm’s mixed-use development The Collection in the Friendship Heights area of Chevy Chase.

The new amenities offered at the building expand other property offerings through The Chevy Chase Land Company’s shared amenity program, Ascend, powered by CBRE’s Host platform.

Upgrades to the building include a new tenant lounge space with a 60-person training and conference room, pub-style collaboration booths, Trackman golf simulator, shuffleboard table, arcade zone, catering kitchen and bar area – all designed by GTM Architects. Lobby enhancements were completed in 2022 with sixth floor spec suites following in 2023.

Located at the intersection of Wisconsin and Western Avenues, the eight-story, 210,000-square-foot building is adjacent to the Friendship Heights Metro.
