Pisco y Nazca Peruvian gastrobar aims for early January opening
Bethesda Magazine January 9, 2025Peruvian restaurant Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is aiming for an early January opening for its new location in downtown Bethesda, according to Roberto Maquilon, the managing partner for the upcoming Bethesda restaurant.
Maquilon told MoCo360 on Tuesday that the management team is hoping to open the restaurant “between the first and second weeks” of January. The eatery will be the sixth location for the Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, which operates locations in Washington, D.C.; Virginia; and Florida.
Bethesda’s Pisco y Nazca will be located at 7401 Woodmont Ave. in the 2 Bethesda Metro Center building. It is taking over the former Cesco Osteria space, a Bethesda staple for 25 years that closed in 2022.
Located on the northeast corner of Woodmont Avenue and Montgomery Lane, the restaurant will serve classic Peruvian dishes with a modern twist for brunch, lunch and dinner, according to the restaurant’s website.
