Jennifer H. Coursen

As Director of Marketing and Communications, Jennifer Coursen oversees the marketing and communications for The Chevy Chase Land Company as well as the company’s Charitable Giving Program. 

Mrs. Coursen has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on marketing strategy and execution, internal and external communications, event planning, and corporate social responsibility.  Prior to joining the Land Company, Mrs. Coursen worked for Washington REIT, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL.  She is a member of CREW DC and co-chaired their annual awards event in 2015, 2017, and 2018.  She currently serves on the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce and Purple Line NOW Boards.

Mrs. Coursen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Elon University.  A native of Winter Park, Florida, she currently resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband and son.
