Mr. Winans has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on asset management and acquisitions of a variety of property types including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and flex properties. Prior to joining the Land Company, Mr. Winans worked for Stonebridge Associates, RECP, Barings, and most recently BentallGreenOak.
A graduate of SUNY Binghamton, Mr. Winans lives in Loudoun County, Virginia with his wife and two children.
