Dana Welsch

Dana Welsch is the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications for The Chevy Chase Land Company, overseeing all corporate, property, community, and broker marketing initiatives, with a focus on enhancing and accelerating The Chevy Chase Land Company’s brand recognition across the D.C. Metro Region.

Dana has over 14 years of experience in marketing and commercial real estate, specializing in brand development, B2B marketing campaigns, leasing programs, and creative agency management. Prior to joining The Chevy Chase Land Company, Dana was the Director of Marketing for The Cordish Companies for over 8 years. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and NAIOP.

Dana lives in Baltimore, MD and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
