130+ Years Investing in Mixed-Use Real Estate Development

The Land Company has been one of the nation’s leading mixed-use, transit-oriented real estate developers for over 130 years. Since our founding in 1890, we have been committed to supporting our community’s cultural and educational resources, parks, transportation and non-profit partners.

We look forward to another century of accomplishments that build on our historic tradition. Photos Courtesy of The Chevy Chase Historical Society.
